| We enjoyed our last day at Carcoar Dam walking around and just plain relaxing under the awning. | ||

|
In the pic above, I was wandering along near the tree when I jumped
back quickly. I had nearly stumbled over a very large snake! Luckily it was dead. I'd say someone killed it and left it there. It was coiled up and still had most of the skin on. I know it wasn't a Carpet Snake because of the colour and markings. The dogs were with me and wanted to cart it back to the van. I soon changed their ideas on that, plus I changed my mind on doing a Nature walk in the longer grass near the water! |
